German stationery expo Insights-X opens its doors today, 4 October, with expanded workshops and partnerships.
Now in its fourth year, Insights-X is running at Nuremberg’s Exhibition Centre until 6 October. The show covers the stationery, office supplies and hobby/craft sectors, with 311 exhibitors from 39 countries displaying their latest products to the trade.
The show has expanded its workshops and networking offer in the InsightsArena in Hall 3, where it is hosting an extensive programme of workshops. The Atelier is inviting visitors to test out products for themselves, while the PartnerLounge provides space for networking and for buyer groups to hold meetings.
Marketing director Christian Ulrich commented on this year’s PartnerLounge, a new addition in 2017: “We’re delighted that industry support for our event is growing and that our partner total has climbed from 14 to 19.” The newcomers include BOSS (UK) as well as AIPB, EBEN and UFIPA (France), KONPA (Denmark) and WIMO (India).
Insights-X exhibitors present their offer in six product groups: “Artistic and Creative”; “Stationery and Gift Articles”; “Bags and Accessories”; “Paper and Filing”; “Desktop” and “Writing Utensils and Equipment.”
The show includes a NewcomerArea in Hall 3 to showcase start-ups, with 13 companies from Germany, Korea, the Netherlands and Austria.
Trade visitors have the option to use the show’s new Voucher Booklet, which contains 51 discounts and freebies which can be redeemed at participating exhibitor stands.
