The Giftware Association (GA), organiser of the Gift of the Year Awards, has launched a very special Gifts of Hope Awards. For one month only, they are inviting suppliers to enter a brand new one-off awards to celebrate not just their good work, but also the work of the charity that they have chosen to support with their product.
The new category will support all gifts that have been created during the coronavirus crisis that capture the mood of the nation, as well as gifts that have been created especially to give back. Entries to the awards can be specific products that have been created during this period, or companies who are donating the whole or part of a products profit to these key charities.
The GA said “We have been inspired by all the hard work from our members and the wider giftware community with the specialist products, ranges and heartfelt gifts that have been created in order to support the NHS, key workers and the thousands of other charities that are helping the UK fight through the coronavirus crisis. We want to celebrate these gifts in a special new category for Gift of the Year, called Gifts of Hope.”
The Gift of the Year competition is opening up early to celebrate these gifts throughout the month of June, and a percentage of the entrance fee will go to a charity of the entrant’s choosing, with the winners receiving incredible brand exposure.
The cost to enter is £25 with 20% of the fee going to a charity of your choice. Click here to enter now.
