The UK-based Manuscript Pen Company has announced that the new appointment of Jasmine Jones as export sales manager will help to expand and strengthen its sales and export network in Europe, Middle East, Asia and the United States.

Jasmine Jones brings to the role two decades of experience in the stationery and writing instruments industry, following similar roles at Shachihata and Sheaffer.

Jasmine will now look to increase Manuscript’s market share overseas whilst cementing existing relationships with the brand’s UK retailers and distributors.

Her first big challenge will be at Creativeworld, where Manuscript is launching a host of new products and displaying a selection of range extensions that increases its product selection.

Following her appointment, Jasmine said: "The last two years have seen Manuscript grow rapidly as a brand, quickly becoming a market leader in calligraphy products, premium writing tools and educational stationery.

"There is still an opportunity to expand further and grow our market share abroad. We’ve got a strong British heritage, quality product and exciting partnerships - these are assets we should definitely be making the most of.

“It’s definitely going to be an exciting time ahead and I can’t wait to get started.”
