Attention to detail, a quirky hand-drawn design and environmentally friendly materials helped Berjo’s notebooks grab the attention of the London Stationery Show’s LaunchPad competition judges.
The LaunchPad competition aimed to give 12 winners a platform for showcasing their products by providing free stand space at the show in April. Berjo Creative was one of the deserving winners. Founder Berjo Moudilou-Mouanga displayed the brand’s range of handmade notebooks. Each journal’s illustrated cover page features a hand-drawn bicycle design and is printed using environmentally friendly inks on 300gsm recycled Kraft paper. The A5 journal has 64 high-quality blank cream pages on 100gsm paper, making it ideal for note taking and sketching.
The founder of Berjo, Berjo Moudilou-Mouanga, commented on the experience of exhibiting for the first time at the show: “Overall the London Stationery Show has been a great opportunity for us. We received a lot of positive feedback on our products and designs. We also received some orders and made great connections with other exhibiting companies as well as buyers and suppliers.”
